Jimme is the managing partner of the firm and works with small businesses and individuals with their tax and financial planning. He enjoys the outdoors and golf, is married with 2 grown children and resides in Federal Way. Jim is pleased to be able to boast that he is now a proud Grandpa. Jim is also the recipient of the 2010, 2011 and the 2012 "Top Wealth Manager" award presented by Seattle Magazine.
Gary was born and raised in the Puget Sound area. He is a partner in the firm, having first started with the predecessor firm in 1970. Gary enjoys golfing, traveling and the Mariners and his grandchildren.
Mark comes to us by way of Southern California, which is where he grew up and graduated from college. He has been in the accounting field since 1998 with experience in audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements, tax return preparation for all entity types, including individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, etc. He also has an extensive background in litigation support services, including business valuations, cash flow reports and asset tracing analyses primarily for family law purposes. Mark currently resides in Auburn with his wife and two young daughters Madison and Peyton. Aside from spending time with his girls, he enjoys golf, attending Seahawks and Mariner games, Fantasy Football and watching movies.

Nancy joined Schneider & Kobata, PS in 2004 where she specializes in individual and small business consultation and compliance engagements. Nancy is a native of Washington and currently resides in Seattle with her husband. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from City University and is a federally-licensed tax practitioner with technical expertise in the field of taxation. Nancy is authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals as well as consult and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts or any entity with tax-reporting requirements. Memberships include National Association of Enrolled Agents, Washington State Society of Enrolled Agents, and American Society of Women Accountants.
Debbie is a native Washingtonian, being born in Spokane, graduating high school in Chelan, WA, returning to Spokane to graduate from Kinman Business University. Afterwards, she worked as proof operator for American Commercial Bank before returning to Chelan where she began her banking career, with Seafirst Bank. She transferred to the Plaza 600 Branch in 1976 and in doing so befriended “Mac” Colin McClennan and Archie Lovre, forefathers to Jimme & Gary. They offered her a job in July 1980 and she continued working there until May of 1990 when she moved to Spokane after the birth of her son, Jeffrey. After fourteen years, and numerous accounting jobs, she was excited to return to her “home” with Schneider & Kobata, in September, 2004. Her family, which includes her partner Robbie, son Jeffrey, Chihuahua’s, “Niblet and Dottie “ and kitties, “Marbles and Jezabel” live in Federal Way. She enjoys golfing, bowling, baseball, reading & camping.
Polly comes to us from Southern Idaho. She has 2 grown children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. Polly resides in Renton with her husband Terry. She enjoys gardening and the challenge of keeping up with her grandchildren.
